We have surpassed the 50 performances of Cyrano de Bergerac here in Ottawa. The work of conquest remains the same: titanic over again night after night. I admit that it can be exhausting in the long run and it can be difficult to conduct. Is that the public who attended a performance of Cyrano de Bergerac had such expectations! In Quebec, it was easier because the public had the Trident in its majority a little idea of how the show would be made: most viewers have seen me play and knew just what to expect.
