My resolutions for 2009? Spoil me! And spoil my loved ones! We arrive at Christmas at the end of the year and say that time would still come just to spoil, but we do not know quite what to make of that time we have for us so suddenly we pretend to be surprised and happy. Starting Hedda Gabler at the Theatre of Bordered on 13 January. I played the role of Tesman, bookworm inadvertently and newly married to the beautiful but unstable Hedda Gabler (beautiful Véronique Côté). I'm amused at the reactions made a character too spontaneous to sudden bursts of joy and ridiculous, loss of control and skidding, ideas muddled, as well as emotions such as jealousy mixing / admiration he has for Lovborg his good friend (Jean-Sebastien Ouellette disturbing, my cousin!) and into the physical clumsiness. This gives a strange cocktail really fun to explore in a work so dense and complex (Ibsen, 1890). The entrance hall is in this week and everything should be fixed there.
